This is a laser cut and engraved Chess set.The material used to make it was a sheet of 3 millimeter thick MDF (Medium-density fibre) board. Inkscape, a vector based illustration software similar to that of Adobe Illustrate, was used to create the SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) template for laser cutting.
In place of the white squares I had painted it purple and yellow as a tribute to Kobe Bryant.
